You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.
Requests made after this 7-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.
Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
All original OG X Aura tags and packaging must be intact.
Items that show signs of wear, or are damaged/soiled will be sent back to the customer.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as innerwear, socks, and specific accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We primarily offer Store Credit (via a digital coupon) for all returned items, which you can use for your next purchase.
Cash Refunds are only issued in the rare event that a product is proven to be defective or if the wrong item was dispatched by our team.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our Karachi warehouse.
If the return is due to an error on our part (defective or wrong item), OG X Aura will cover all associated delivery charges.
